Why use Coloured Labels?
Stock taking is such a tedious task for many companies which is why coloured labels are such a good idea for this particular task. You spend endless amounts of time identifying and then assessing current stock levels, so why not identify your stocks with a coloured label? It is such a simple and cost effective solution.
Coloured labels for this purpose are normally supplied on rolls so that they can be handled very easily. At Mercury Labels we have over 10+ stock colours to choose from. If this isn’t enough choice for you we can also colourwash labels to any specific pantone reference required!
These coloured labels on rolls can be supplied with either a permanent or a peelable adhesive. So if you need to stick the label on to the outside of a box and it does not need to be removed again you would use the permanent adhesive, alternatively if you need to apply the label directly onto packaging, a peelable adhesive would be recommended so that the label can be removed without damaging the packaging or leaving any adhesive residue behind.
This is not the only purpose for roll fed coloured labels, you can also print on them using your thermal label printer, you may wish to personalise your packaging with a coloured label that is printed with your company name and logo and contact details? So easily done with coloured labels.
If you only have access to a laser printer, don’t worry, we also supply coloured labels on A4 sheets. Again we offer 10+ stock colours and like the roll fed label media we can also colourwash the A4 sheet fed labels to any pantone reference. You can also choose between adhesive types again I.e. permanent or peelable adhesives.
There are many uses for coloured labels whether they are supplied on rolls or A4 sheets, as previously mentioned; stock taking, stock rotation, product identification, company branded pre-printed coloured labels, etc. so whatever your particular requirements are for coloured labels, call us now and we will be only too happy to help discuss your requirements further with you.
